Our Yoga Acharya Ramachandran’s journey in the realm of yoga began 45 years ago, and since then, he has dedicated his life to exploring the rich tapestry of yoga’s teachings and sharing its profound benefits with others. His extensive knowledge, combined with a compassionate and nurturing teaching style, creates an environment where students of all levels can thrive.

From the physical postures (Asanas) that enhance strength and flexibility to the mindfulness and meditation practices that cultivate inner serenity, Ramachandran’s teachings encompass the holistic essence of yoga.

Beyond the physical practice, He also emphasizes the philosophy and spirituality that underlie yoga, providing you with a comprehensive understanding of this ancient tradition.
